Well I'm Back!

If you are a regular reader of this blog, I would like to apologize for the last couple of posts.  I have been under a lot of stress lately and have not had the mental capacity to write an actual blog post.

So I happened to find the band Songs To Wear Pants To today... okay, fine.  I didn't find them.  This chick did.

They're now officially my band for when I'm sad.  Or happy.  Or... just in a weird mood.



Anyways! I miss you guys :( I haven't posted in forever mostly because I went on break, so I just shut my head off and hid in my room for 7 days.  It was brilliant.  I did a lot of TV watching, spent a lot of time on Tumblr, and found some new (for me) bands.  I also rediscovered some bands I used to like a while ago, like Young London.

 They're... I don't know how to describe music.  They're kinda pop-ish or dubstep.  I guess...?  I saw these guys open at a concert last year, and they're kinda really fun live.  I also got to hug the drummer :) Listen to them and tell me what you think please!

This is their cover of Jimmy Eat World's song. I re-discovered Never Shout Never over the break, mostly because of this awesome chick.  Very extremely happy band, but enjoyable if you're in the mood for it.  I saw this band at the same concert I saw Young London, and he's hilarious live.

Let's see... I went to the Regional Debate Tournament on Tuesday.  I had a lot of fun, and it was definitely a learning experience.  The people in my grade that are going to State are as follows: Resident Oratory Genius; PF Munchins One, Two, Three, and Four; and finally our Little Impromtu Ninja!  I'm kinda sad I didn't do as well as I had hoped, but most of my rounds were close so I'm still happy :)  I'm sending my good luck (as much as I have) to these brilliant Novice Debaters who competed against Open Debaters and won!
